MACARENA FLAT is very well located: on Ponta Negra beach, the most famous of Natal, 500 meters from the sea and in front of Av. Eng. Roberto Freire Near Beach Shopping (with Cinema) only 150 meters, Cafes, Restaurants (buffet per kg, Seafood, Pizzeria, Grill, Sushi, Regional, International Cuisine, Cameroon), Car Hire, Pharmacies, Crafts, Ice Cream, Shops, Bars, Diners (Giraffa´s, Subway, Pittsburg), Conveniences, Mini Market, Gas Station, Gyms and Newsagents. Easy access by foot to all these places safely, even at night. It is also very close to the Natal Convention Center. There is a restaurant in front of Flat.

Me senti insegura
O apartamento é ótimo. Só falta um ventilador bem grande. Mas a questao da segurança me fez perder o sono. Peguei o vigia dormindo umas 3 vezes.

Olá Jéssica, muito obrigado pela sua mensagem .Permita nos esclarecer a situação. O rapaz que fica na portaria, não ´é vigia, ele é porteiro, a função dele é ficar dentro do prédio e verificar se alguém que chega precisa de ajuda. A portaria é fechada eletronicamente, e o prédio é todo cercado por câmeras.Desta forma, não existe questão de insegurança, uma vez que quem vigia o prédio é uma pessoa que fica do lado de fora e a função dele é justamente , não ficar a mostra. Não precisava perder o sono, era só nos avisar de sua preocupação , que lhe explicaríamos. Mas, como uma forma de compensação lhe daremos 5% de desconto caso volte a cidade para nos visitar. Muito BOM!!
Fui para uma viagem de estudos para Natal, e hospedei no macarena flat, ótimo apartamento, limpo, seguro, próximo ao mar e ao shopping (também próximo a paradas de ônibus, na qual precisei quando estive lá).
Indico!! hospedagem simples, aconchegante e atendeu as minhas necessidades!!

Fiquei duas diárias no flat. Excelente opção, localização acessível, bem segura a localização, inclusive durante a noite! O proprietário foi bem atencioso, assim como o corretor! Recomendo!
