To get access to the building, you will need to:
Check your email for an invitation referring to StiD app sent by our staff. Scroll to the bottom of the page to download the StiD app via the link provided. Install the app, then return to the email and download your card by clicking on the access card link. Open the StiD app to find your Access Card under "Cards" with your security credential number. This app is going to help you enter the property building.
To open the door to the unit, you will need to:
Find an email in your inbox containing an invitation to download an app August. With the help of this app, you will be able to open the door to the unit with no troubles. Download the app. Enter the app and press on the "BR 1901". You will be able to lock/unlock the door using the round button located in the middle of the screen. The circle has a green color, when the door is open and a red one when the door is closed.
To successfully check-in, you will need to:
- To save on time and ensure a smooth check-in please provide your email address and expect a dotloop email containing agreements for you to review and sign. Keep in mind the signed documents must be submitted to the building 48 hours prior to your check-in.
- Provide valid forms of identification for all traveling guests. This could include passports, driver's licenses, or other government-issued IDs.
- Provide the full names of all traveling guests as they appear on their IDs. Make sure the names match the identification documents.
- Provide the email addresses of all traveling guests. All the guests must read and sign the acknowledgment of rules and regulations document.
- It's a requirement by the building that all guests must read and sign the documents that will be sent via email to ensure a smooth check-in process without delays.
Remember to carefully review all the documents you're asked to sign and seek clarification if you have any questions about their contents. This process is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and to comply with legal regulations.
Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
