With South Miami Beach just 3 miles away, you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the dynamic energy of downtown Miami. It's the best of both worlds, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 37th floor and facing South, Pisces Dream! is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom retreat that offers terrific Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay views from its private balcony. With over 1700 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Pisces Dream! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

Upon entering Pisces Dream!, to your left is a small private office, a convenient 1/2 bathroom, and a luxurious master bedroom suite. As you walk towards the main living area, the stunning views of the water will capture your attention. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room await you, along with the second bedroom with its own private bathroom.

Not only is the kitchen at Pisces Dream! fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, it also includes a convenient washer and dryer to ensure you don't leave with dirty laundry. As you cook, you can take in the stunning views of Miami through the wrap-around windows that overlook the dining and living areas, giving the condo an open and airy feel.

The elegant dining area, featuring plush grey velvet chairs, seamlessly transitions into the spacious living room with an open floor plan. The living room is equipped with a 65" Roku streaming TV with various TV show and movie apps for your entertainment. However, with such stunning views, it's hard to keep your eyes off the surrounding scenery. This living room is the ideal space to unwind after a night out or a day spent on the beach. The living room leads onto a furnished balcony, offering stunning views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami.

As you enter the second master bedroom located off the living room, you will be greeted by a cozy queen bed and stunning wrap-around windows offering captivating views of downtown Miami and the beautiful Biscayne Bay. This room features a Roku streaming TV with all your favorite shows and movies. You can step out onto the balcony from this bedroom to soak in the fresh air and scenic views. The private bathroom is a treat in itself, it has a walk-in closet with ample space and seating for you to get ready in comfort.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed which offers plenty of space to stretch out and relax, there's even a 55” Roku streaming TV for entertainment. From your private desk, located next to the private balcony, offers stunning views. The room also features a huge walk-in closet and a vanity area outside the private bathroom. The bathroom is truly massive with a huge walk-in shower.

The floor plan of Pisces Dream! is one of our favorites, featuring two spacious master bedroom suites, a convenient half bathroom, and a private office. With over 250 sq ft of additional space compared to our standard 2-bedroom condos at The Grand.
