This bright, open-concept mountainside townhouse offering 1700 sq. ft, is the builder’s best unit with unobstructed beautiful views! Located just above the village, with multiple ski access points, and avoid long lines at the Gondola. Enjoy a short walk to the Mogul Track (access to Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost lifts) or to Easy Street runs (access to Telus Park lift, cat track to Black Forest, Bullet lift and the Village). This includes access to night skiing at the Bullet lift. Walk or ski to the village for shopping, dining, or a night out.

After a day of shredding powder, relax on the private, end-unit balcony featuring a brand new premium seven-person Jacuzzi hot tub complete with two pumps, waterfall, and lights. The balcony also features a direct line gas BBQ, no tank changes required.

This unit was customized with an open staircase to maximize natural light and views, extra sound insulation between walls and floors, and a fully custom tiled shower with bench. The fire stack is larger to accommodate a massive 75” TV on an extendable arm with Sonos ARC for sound. High-quality custom shutters for privacy. Bedroom dimmers and rapid charging wall plugs are available throughout (just bring a charging cable) for your convenience. Telus TV channels package, PVR, and Netflix. Upgraded high speed Internet included.

The living room is the ultimate gathering spot. When mealtime comes, the fully stocked chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Breville smart oven pro, slow cooker, Actifryer, microwave, Ninja Professional series blender, 4-piece toaster, kettle, and coffee maker that takes K cups or fresh ground coffee. Spices, condiments, and cooking oil included. Then break out the board games at the spacious dining table! The corner lot location of this home ensures privacy and peaceful surroundings every moment of your stay. The unit is rapidly heated with central, humidified, forced air for your comfort. Furnished with brand new beds and mattresses.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
