Thank you for the 5 stars, Lisa! We are glad you and your family enjoyed your stay with us via Locations Mountain Management at one of our many fantastic properties at Big White Ski Resort and we look forward to having you all back! In regards to the hot tub jets, we didn’t receive any messages from you regarding their being an issue. If we had have, we would’ve provided you instructions to get them going. In future just reach out during your stay if you have any issues so we can get them resolved.
