Full of Old Seminole Heights charm and located near great restaurants, bars, Epps park, the Hillsborough river and Raymond James stadium, plus a few minutes drive from historic Ybor City and downtown. Take the paddle board to a beach in St. Pete or Clearwater, over the bridge!
Discover comfort in our two inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring a cozy stay for up to 4 guests. The spacious owner’s bedroom boasts an extra-large space and a luxurious king-sized bed, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and is conveniently located next to the second bathroom, featuring a charming clawfoot tub. Both bedrooms are equipped with desks, closets, and full-length mirrors for your convenience.
Parking is a breeze with our private driveway, accommodating 2 small cars or 1 truck/SUV. There's additional street parking in front of the house and around the neighborhood. And for added convenience, you'll find a washer and dryer in the backyard shed, making your stay even more enjoyable.
The house is located in the gorgeous Old Seminole Heights neighborhood, one block from the restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques on Florida Ave. Lovely Epps park is a short walk away, where you can catch the sun setting over the river and catch glimpses of Tampa wildlife, including several species of birds and, depending on the time of year, manatees and the occasional gator. If you're bringing a pup, Henry & Ola Park features a new dog park. It's a lovely stroll through the neighborhood and a great way to get your steps in.
