FLICKERING LANDING COVE! Cozy, secluded cove on Lake Norman! Amazing home.

Open concept living, dining and kitchen rooms. Wood burning fireplace for chilly evenings. Owner suite with laundry, walk-in closet, and spa rain shower. Second bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle bed. Third bedroom on lower level adjacent to family room with big screen tv, popcorn machine, video games, and shuffle board table. Home has two sleeper sofas to accommodate more guests + 4 total big screen televisions. Large screened in porch connected to back deck with propane grill and lake views. Easy slope down to fire pit, gazebo, boat slip, two jet ski pads, and 28 x 30 party deck. There is also a RV pad and power source. WiFi available.

Home is located 15 minutes from amazing lake-established restaurants, shopping, and breweries.

Cozy house great for boating

First time in Lake Norman; nice place! After a bit of a choppy check in process (security system going off) we quickly felt at home. Nicely maintained, cozy house with a nice backyard. Water at the dock is shallow and muddy - not ideal for swimming but if you have a boat and/or kayak's you'll be fine! Would not recommend for a swimming only trip. Close to shopping/dining and a short boat ride out to the main part of the lake. Clean house, allows dogs which is always a plus for us! We spent some time driving around the area and were pleasantly surprised that you could get to pretty much all aspects of the lake by car in 30 minutes - Davidson, etc.
