Built on an elevated lot of mature & spectacular 1.5 acre gardens overlooking the beach, the unique villa's interiors were conceived by an international designer/art collector as a whimsical private entertaining & relaxation space. The villa has a resident caretaker for guests’ needs and a daily cleaner.
Starlink Internet, own water purification system & powered by solar panels & a generator. We take pride in running a sustainable property.
The space
The villa's main entrance, with floor to ceiling windows, opens to a grand entrance hall, leading to a succession of formal and informal sitting and dining areas.
Ground floor:
- The Porcelanosa kitchen is equipped with high end German appliances and 6 burner gas stove.
- The ground floor bedroom suite overlooks both the gardens and swimming pool to which it has direct access.
- A large outdoor dining veranda looks out to sea and enjoys a constant breeze.
The interiors are decorated with original contemporary and tribal art, collected over a lifetime, and specially commissioned pieces.
The upper floor:
- Two additional bedroom and bathroom suites, one of which has two cedar-lined walk-in dressing rooms
- A study with a daybed, which could double up as a youngster’s bedroom.
All rooms enjoy sea views.
Outdoors:
- The pool area is vast and well-suited to outdoor dining.
- The gardens include a large number or coconut and fruit trees and a vegetable garden.
Guests are allowed to pick their own and to request fresh coconut water from the resident caretaker.
- The beach access is via a private gate across the street.
Please note: the upper floor bedroom suite veranda, as well as the ground floor dining veranda have no railings and can only be used at the guests’ risk.
The villa is suitable primarily for discerning couples who can appreciate the value of the artefacts, vintage rattan pieces, and various special touches.
Messy toddlers or guests intending to throw large parties are discouraged from booking.
