Beautiful luxury hilltop condominiums overlooking the ocean with a spectacular view. You will be captivated by the picturesque ocean view, visible throughout these newly renovated beachfront villas. The main floor has an open concept with high ceilings, comfortable seating, flow out to seaside balconies, ideal for relaxation and sunset views with a kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances.
The Oceanfront villas are located at the north western Point of the island, quiet location. Within a short distance of restaurants, supermarkets, resorts and casinos, golf course and the International Airport. The area is upscale and very safe. Beaches access is a few feet just outside your door.
Explore the, rustic old Bahamian village of Gambier which is 2 minutes walking distance. Historical sights, The Clifton Heritage Park and The Cave are just a stone through away.
This is a large attractive three-story building with three (3) townhouses in a quiet neighborhood. These particular townhouses are newly renovated, and each has 3 bedrooms including 3 full-size bathrooms, balconies on the main floors, in-suite washer and dryer units, separate living and dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and are complete with all the modern amenities that make for a comfortable and convenient vacation. Which includes FREE Wi-Fi, FREE cable television and laptop friendly. (4 TV’s) and central air conditioning. Each Villa has its own private entrance, comfortable well-appointed living space. The backyard and front areas are spacious and tastefully well-manicured. Pool access.

The description of the property included a pool. When we arrived, the pool was not operational and was only half filled. We were told that the pool recently broke and that it would be repaired. That never happened. The dirt ring around the indicated that the pool had not been used it a long time. When I inquired about a partial refund, I was rejected. My final request was for the pool to be removed from the listing description. I do not know if this happened.

Comfortable Family Vacation

This was my first time booking a VRBO property so I was a little hesitate. When we arrived, things were a little rocky but nothing worth mentioning to devalue our stay. The owner consistently stayed in communication with us about important facts and that was the highlight of the trip. The house was everything we needed for space and feeling at home. Definitely worth the trip and the location was great once you get to know the area and different ways to travel to avoid traffic. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely pick this home again if we come back to the bahamas.

The key feature of this property was/is the pool, however, the host failed to mention that it was not operational and had not been operational for a number of days prior to our arrival. This was confirmed by another guest when we arrived, who informed us that the pool had a leak, which the host was well aware of. We attempted to have a discussion with the host directly; however, he was unprofessional and not willing to have any reasonable discussion when requested. While the overall condition of the property, including the interior was nice and well maintained, the description and pictures of the interior are deceiving. If you are a person with mobility issues and/or small children, this unit has three levels with many stairs to get to the main level where the kitchen is located. Additionally, the driveway is very steep if you plan to walk anywhere. Also, when the pool is operational, it's not private as listed in the description and the area is small. It should also be noted that we did get minimal compensation from the host and when further contact occurred directly with VRBO, they attempted to contact the host to have further discussion about our complaint, however the host was not willing to provide any further compensation. Another point to highlight is that VRBO was made well aware of the pool issue and that the property continued to/continues to list the pool as a key feature. Beware.

Very clean, high quality unit. Faces ocean with busy, noisy road in between. Nice small deck facing ocean but sitting down the deck rail blocked the view. Annoying.

Amazing property

We have stayed at many VRBO’s. This one is our favorite. Very clean, up to date, everything you need in kitchen. Our host was very accommodating, friendly, understanding and communicates. I contacted Covid and had to stay a few extra days. My husband did not. He allowed us to stay a few extra days.

Beautiful House - Enjoyed Our Stay!

Such a great house, beautiful views and looks just like the pictures. Beds were soooo comfortable and the towels were thick. Kitchen is fully equipped and the house was very clean. I appreciated that there were different thermostats to control different levels of the house. This is a three-story unit with two bedrooms on the 3rd floor, none on the middle level, and one with its own living room on the bottom floor. This might not be the house for you if you don't do well with stairs; however, we liked the privacy it afforded. I wouldn't consider this neighborhood walkable (no sidewalks) but it is a nice neighborhood. Love's Beach is very close and about a 20-minute car ride to downtown Nassau. This is a residential area so you need transportation. It's really close to the airport. I would definitely recommend this house.
