Beautiful Studio with Private Patio

Inspired by the desert landscapes of Arizona, welcome to our cozy, quiet, and beautifully decorated studio guest house located in Valley Glen – a great location nestled in LA’s San Fernando Valley. Consider this your home away from home. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with island, spacious bathroom, washer/dryer, comfy queen bed, sitting area with 55 inch TV, and your own private front patio. We hope you enjoy it!

Owners live in the front house but a separate entrance adjacent to the main house allows you to come and go as you please. A short drive to many cafes, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Conveniently located close to public transportation. Easy access to nearby freeways (101, 134, 170, 405).

This clean and comfortable space is the perfect place to rest and relax when you're done exploring or working for the day and great for couples, professionals, or solo travelers.

As you walk up the short driveway, you’ll access the guest house through a separate entrance off to the side. Upon entering, a large private front patio welcomes you. A place to enjoy coffee/tea in the morning, a meal or wine at night, or to just kick back and relax without having to worry about anyone bothering you.

Once inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook that homemade meal: a fridge, brand new gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, blender, and all necessary utensils, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls and cookware.

The guest house has a comfortable memory foam queen bed, extra blankets in the closet, and new AC/heater wall unit to set to your desired temperature. We provide clean towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. An iron and ironing board are provided in the closet. You’ll find a stackable washer/dryer in the kitchen for any laundry needs.

There is a 55-inch Smart TV with free guest access to Netflix and Sling (cable). Other popular streaming apps are available to login into.

High speed WIFI is provided.

There is plenty of street parking available in front of the main house.

You will be able to self check-in and be sent detailed instructions upon arrival.
