The location and layout of the property was ideal. Property was super clean and perfect layout. Very quiet and serene backyard. My dogs enjoyed the pool area. Very responsive host. 9.5/10

Had to mop after arriving to property the bottoms of our feet turned black walking on the floor. They need to get a pest control company out lots of roaches and spiders.

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay. I love that the house is pet friendly; a pet friendly house with a pool in this price range is extremely difficult to find. The house could definitely use a deep cleaning. The back yard and pool area were very nice. There are trees around so be prepared to skim the pool daily. The master bathroom doesn't have a door which is very odd. It's hard to shave in the shower because there's no place to sit your leg. The bathroom also smelled like sewer on occasion. There is a golf cart on the property that is not included in the stay, fyi. The house is in a very good location and the neighborhood is quiet. There's plenty of seating outside. The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work. It's super nice having a washer, dryer and dishwasher. I found the bed in master bedroom comfortable. The firepit is nice. Overall, we would stay here again.

**Beware of roaches Check-in was about the only thing easy about this vacation. Manager was very responsive to my messages, but on the second day we started seeing roaches from babies to adults. Manager stated they were the " normal" palmetto roaches but upon research were German cockroaches which are very harmful and spread diseases as well.as you can bring them home with you because there was an infestation of them . Manager seemed to not care and didnt want to compensate anything over .0001 percent of what we paid. Just beware

We do want to clarify that the pest mentioned is a palmetto bug, which is quite common in coastal areas due to the warm climate and can occasionally make its way indoors, even in well-maintained homes. These are different from German cockroaches, which are typically associated with infestations. That said, we understand how uncomfortable this must have been, and we take all pest-related concerns seriously. Our units are on a regular pest control schedule, and we’re happy to have our team address any concerns promptly when reported. TERRIBLE!!! And they do not care. 1. Trash overflow upon arrival, requiring us to bag and transport trash ourselves.2. Pool pump not functioning properly, resulting in constant manual cleaning and concerns about water quality. (Professional came out to give their review and confirmed it was not fully functioning due to a faulty prime in the pump). Out of 6 days, I got in the pool once and my oldest son and husband never felt comfortable using it at all. Main reason we even booked this place. 3. Cockroaches present (both adults and babies).4. TV remotes missing batteries; living room remote held together with tape.5. UNAUTHORIZED entry into the home WITH OUR DOG there whose very anxious- despite clear communication about our dog and the need for proper notice, and they agreed to that and did not follow those instructions. This created a huge liability. 6. No propane available when attempting to use the grill although it was advertised to be able to use it. I was told via chat “most guests bring their own grill.”Additional concern: The tiny master bathroom has no door, which was not disclosed and has caused significant inconvenience with 4 people sharing two bathrooms. For privacy, when someone needed to use master bathroom, they had to close off the entire bedroom. They do not care, and did not offer to compensate us at all, just said “thanks for letting us know and sorry”…despite having multiple photos and message proof that all of these things occurred.
