Calling all foodies! The fully equipped chef's kitchen boasts top-notch stainless steel appliances. And you'll love the open-concept floor plan, with a TV lounge featuring an electric fireplace, and large capacity dining table. Entertainment? Check! Smart TVs and high-speed internet, at your service. And you can get your game on, in the Mickey Mouse-themed TV lounge upstairs, complete with billiards and shuffleboard. Plus, we've got an in-home movie theatre, designed with a drive-in movie theme. It has cinema seating, cool murals, a popcorn machine, and a PS5 game console, so you can play on the massive screen.

Now let's talk about the kids rooms. The other 6 expertly designed bedrooms are fitted with fresh linens and fluffy bath towels. Each has its own smart TV and some have their own ensuite bathroom. Stay comfortable with central air conditioning and enjoy free onsite parking for up to 3 vehicles, additional vehicles are welcome to park at the clubhouse.

Parking:
You can park in the driveway, up to 3 vehicles. Please don't park in the street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed. Additionally, You can park in the clubhouse and orange parking pass is required, Overnight parking is not allowed.

Guest has a full access to the property and have a complimentary access to the clubhouse amenities except for mini golf and kayak/canoe rentals, which have additional fees.

The Neighborhood:
Storey Lake Kissimmee is a brand new vacation community located just 4 miles from the magical world of Disney and just minutes to Universal, Sea World and the many water parks in the area.

Central Florida is also home to some of the nation's top-rated golf courses and many are within a 10-minute drive of Storey Lake.

The prime location lends itself to the premier shopping corridor including the famed Millennia, top restaurants and the world renowned town of Celebration inspired by Disney.

Storey Lake is also a 30-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport.

The resort offers the best in family fun and is host to a wide variety of amenities and activities.

Other Things to Note:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We're happy to deliver:
- a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/tank.
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

• If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
