Needed another Day

What was good about the stay was the house was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, the utensils, towels were in place as stated. The pool was nice and surrounding homes were enjoying their stay as we were. Now for the issues; We arrived at 3pm even though check in was at 4pm, so we sat around in the cars. When 4:00 came around, I proceeded to put the code in the key pad and was met by a gentleman cleaning the house( mind you, it’s check in time)He explained that he was short handed and needed 30mins to finish cleaning. I said ok..We went and sat on the patio by the pool of the house, in the heat, not for 30mins but an hour. When I knocked on the door after waiting an hour, he said he had to clean upstairs so we sat downstairs waiting for the upstairs to be cleaned. Long story short, he didn’t finish cleaning until 7:11pm and I don’t blame him bc he’s one person but that was not fair for us to lose 3 hours of vacation time for a home that wasn’t ready but we’re expected to check out on time at 10:00am When I notified Ally, she apologized and I was told that she would speak to the manager and find out what happened. I was never notified or have I heard from her again. I felt that was very unprofessional being we spent a lot of money for this rental. We came to this resort last year with a different home and it was a wonderful stay and the contact person of the home responded back in a timely matter . Also, two of the wicker chairs around the pool was broke

My family stay

My family and I had a great stay. The house is spacious which was a great fit for my family needs. The kids enjoyed the club house amenities. The lazy river was awesome. The property manager communicated within a timely manner. Great stay!

Family get away

The property was perfect for the number of people in my group. Loved having individual bathrooms for each room. The pool needs to be cleaned/treated the water is turning green. Only issue with the house. Lastly parking vehicles that don’t fit in the driveway is horrible. There isn’t enough spaces to accommodate everyone and if you’re not in designated parking area your car will be towed.

Property Manager was unresponsive

The bathrooms weren't cleaned. We found ants on beds. The property manager was unresponsive and when they finally did respond they were not flexible at all. The house is beautiful but the furniture is old the TV in the Master bedroom wasn't working broken patio furniture. The house needs thorough inspection.
