About this space
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Family-friendly home has huge backyard with 1/2 basketball court and other activities. The spacious, open-concept interior has two game rooms filled with activities for all ages. The living room is cozy and has a 65-inch TV with space for everyone! Master bedroom has private bath including a large tub, stand-up shower, and double sinks. All bedrooms are upstairs as well as a full bathroom and dedicated office space.

Kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking. Coffee machine for K-cups, single cup, or a whole pot. Toddler plates/utensils are provided as well as a high chair in the dining room for no extra charge.
Fully fenced in yard includes a beautiful patio space with outdoor furniture and Adirondack chairs along with a grill. 1/2 basketball court is out back and tons of room in the yard. Basketballs and footballs are provided.
Other things to note
Oversized backyard with privacy fence, ½ basketball court, large patio, grill, and fire pit with adirondack chairs and patio furniture. Wood for fire pit is not included. Due to occasional droughts in Texas, there may be a fire warning and use of the fire pit would be prohibited to prevent fires.

Community has a pool, playground, tennis court, and a full basketball court. Please note that the community pool is available for use during your stay, but its availability is managed by the community and is not under our control. We cannot guarantee that the pool will be open or available during your stay, and we are not responsible for any closures or limitations on its use.
