Amazing stay

The property was accurate to the listing. It was a great space for 4 people. The house was easy to check in and the host was great! We took our fur baby and he loved the back yard, even big enough for fetch! Clean and tidy.

Close to downtown.

This cute small home was conveniently located close to downtown Seguin providing easy access to cute shops and good restaurants. The landlord was very responsive to any questions. The home was well set with the household basics, and a full size washer/dryer was great. This home was a nice base to check out the city and surrounding area.

Overall, we would stay here again. However, there are some suggested improvements for future guests.Ceiling fans in front bedrooms. It was extremely hot during the night especially with no air circulation. We also realized that the thermostat was being manipulated via wifi as we have the same thermostat. Note that my husband has a heart condition, and cannot sleep hot. If you are going to ask guests to throw toilet paper away, you should probably include a larger trash can in the bathroom.We also had to buy our own trash bags, which was something we had never done before at a VRBO.While we understand this is your house, the camera placement is truly an invasion of privacy. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable, and have never experienced this at our past VRBOs.Again, we appreciate you letting us stay here, but there is room for improvement for the next guests.Thank you again,Jerry Rhodes

The house is cute, clean, and quiet. The description should say that no toilet paper can be put in the toilet. Also the cleaning fee

"Quiet Cozy Retreat"

The hosts have done a lovely job with this rental with attention to detail at every turn...It is without a doubt, the cleanest. most well maintained property we have ever stayed at! Upon check-in, we found everything perfectly in order, and more than we expected from the photos on the site. The location was conveniently located near the downtown area, an ideal spot for us. This is a hidden jewel!

Pefect stay with a large dog!

Loved the property! It was perfect size for our small group and had everything we could need. It also is one of the true pet friendly properties since it has no size limit and I was traveling with a large dog. Fenced in backyard was perfect. Location was nice because it wasn't far from New Braunfels. Neighborhood wasn't the best, lots of stray cats and a few loose dogs. Overall we had a great trip.
