Perfect location, clean, comfy and stylish! This was the best place for a group of 4 ladies...time to be together but also time to have some space. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
My friends and I had an amazing stay here. Quiet neighborhood, great location just a few blocks from Congress street, and the house itself fit everything we were looking for. Would come back here the next time we make our way to Austin.

This was perfect for our group of women, aged 35-65. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location for walking to south congress and easy access to other areas of Austin.
Comfortable, spacious house for 8 friends to share
We picked this place for its proximity to S. Congress St. so that we could walk to restaurants/shopping/music. It worked well for our group of 8 women. Fire pit area was nice to happy hours.

Our family visit to Austin was made more enjoyable by having a clean, welcoming place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and easy walking distance to the busy South Congress area. Having 4 bathrooms was definitely a plus for 10 guests. The house could use a little maintenance on the shower stalls but it was manageable. The property manager was very responsive and courteous.
We very much enjoyed the house. Manager/Owner was quick and responsive to our needs. We'll stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. The location was great and close to many fine restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
We definitely would sat here again.
This house was perfect for our group of college friends for a long weekend in Austin. The location is great for accessing all different parts of the city and the house is very comfortable and well-appointed with good common spaces (indoor and outdoor) for hanging out and catching up.
Exactly what we were looking for with a big group. Big, spacious and clean house with plenty of sleeping options in a great location.

Quiet neighborhood and very pleasant easy access home. Great to walk to restaurants and shops on Congress. Yes, the management company / VRBO should disclose that the home next door is under construction. However, the construction noise was minimal and workers unobtrusive and respectful.
