There's no better location than this spacious and pristinely clean ground floor condo in a historic Savannah Grey Brick building directly across from Colonial Park Cemetery. "Downtown Delight' is a bright and airy one bedroom condo on the ground floor with everything you need to enjoy a Savannah getaway. Enter into the spacious living area with open kitchen, soaring ceilings, massive windows, and start your relaxation in style! There's ample seating, Wifi, Smart TV's, a fully stocked kitchen for a night in, and a pull-out queen sofa for additional guests in the main living area. The bedroom features a Queen bed with all white linens, cell phone charging, a massive closet for storage and a perfect spot for a doggy bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower, large and bright vanity area, and plenty of room to get ready to go out and explore.

Walk right out into the downtown Savannah Historic District! You will truly be right in the middle of everything there is to see and do and most is within 2-3 minutes walking. Restaurants, bars, Savannah's famous squares filled with gorgeous homes, tours, and shops are all within steps of your door. Parking is not included with any downtown rental. We recommend purchasing a City of Savannah visitor pass for $24. It is a 2-day parking pass that allows you to park in any city metered spot in Savannah. There are many parking spots around the rental. You can purchase this pass at City of Savannah Parking Services at 100 E Bryan Street right beside The Olde Pink House between 9-5 each day.

Dogs under 40 lb are allowed with a non-refundable $100 pet fee per stay. 2 pets max.

Perfect location! Very clean and organized. Very large closet for all of our things. Lots of windows with great views and sunlight. The flooring could use some attention. The hardwood floor hand a few pieces missing also the flooring by the frig was in bad shape. The entry halls were so nice and clean and I loved the washer and dry at the top of the stairs. The front glass exterior door needed a little love. That front door was dirty and the windows needed cleaning. We enjoyed our stay there. The unit just needs a little attention.

Good stay but missing the details

The property was great and clean with good central location. Easy to get to anything and far enough away from the noise of downtown. Even the firehouse next door was not an issue. We did not get the front door code on time so we had to wait and call the property manager to get in. Once we got in, there was no shower curtain and we were not able to get a response from the emails sent to repair. Overall, the stay was comfortable and a great place to end the day to recharge. The management team just needs to tighten up on the details.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! This place is PERFECTLY situated, nestled in Savannah’s historic district. I felt completely safe walking solo in the mornings. You can get pretty much anywhere in the city within minutes. We parked the car upon arrival and didn’t move it until the morning we left! There’s no assigned parking - but street parking was fine. Just need to feed the meter for 8am-8pm. Place was very clean & comfortable. Only thing to note (this was on me for not catching it)- full kitchen but no dishwasher and the hot washer in the kitchen never worked. The property company checked in on us via email day 2 & I mentioned the hot water, but never heard back on it. Not a big deal at all though, I’m sure I could have texted and gotten it resolved.They were very communicative, offered very easy to follow instructions & granted us a super early check in.Would absolutely stay here again - great price & location (just good to know about no dishwasher!)
