Icaria Great Filling House
The House is located at Xanthi Village 2km from Evdilos port.
It is built on the highest point of Xanthi Village which combines quite and and nice view.
The space
It is a two floor with internal stairway. In the 1st Floor there are 3 rooms (2 rooms have queen beds and 1 with two single beds) and a bathroom. All Rooms have their own balcony and view at sea. On the lower floor, there is an open plan kitchen with dinning space and living room, 1 Room with queen bed and bathroom. From the Lower floor you have access to sun terrace. Access to the house takes 3 minutes walk from parking.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the coffee maker. The coffee pods provided are indeed a welcome gift, and we also have additional pods available at the Evdilos port supermarket for any future needs.
Regarding the mattresses, we strive to maintain high-quality furnishings throughout the house, which has only been rented for two years. We understand that comfort can vary from person to person, and we will keep your suggestion in mind as we continue to improve our property.
