Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return keys to the lockbox or kitchen drawer if used. If keys are not returned, a $100 fee will be issued. No exceptions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The neighborhood is close to my family, and I often vacation here to visit them.
What makes this property unique
The POOL! It's amazing. But then you have the En-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms upstairs, that's a bonus. It's perfect for my large family when we vacation at this house.
