Great location with plenty of space

This property was conveniently located in Wake Forest and an easy walk to Wegmans grocery. It was clean and well stocked with basics. Owner / property manager easy to engage. The three reasons for the less than perfect score are 1) only one TV in entire unit where there should be TVs in the other rooms; 2) Parking is nearly impossible even for a small SUV (there is a dangerous drop off on one side and there is barely any side room to open the doors if the car fits; 3) way too many stairs (31 to the first living level of the unit).

Our listing includes clear descriptions and images of all the TVs in the house and a detailed description of the layout, including the stairs, to ensure transparency and minimize any confusion for our guests. Regarding parking, past guests, including those with larger vehicles, have not reported issues, making this experience somewhat unique. Additionally there is convenient alternative parking available right across the street if needed.

Fabulous!

There is nothing bad to say about this place except the rooftop deck overlooks Wegmans parking lot. So, if you are wanting to use the rooftop for something special, it may be something to consider. That being said, it worked for us! It was convenient and we love Wegmans. There are a LOT of stairs, so keep that in mind for anyone with mobility problems. The place is modern and gorgeous! Super clean. Superb decorating. This could have been done by a professional. Great vibe. There was not one thing we could find that was lacking! We have already recommended it to friends and family, and it will be our go to whenever we come to town to see family! Enjoy!!
