This cozy historic home lies in a well maintained 19th century neighborhood, perfect for a morning jog to Tower Grove park! The space is designed for travelers who appreciate comfort and entertainment. Multiple workspaces, several sound systems, outlets w/in arms reach of all sleeping areas, a well appointed kitchen are just a taste of the thoughtful conveniences you will find. A nice stocked fire pit and seating in backyard. Laundry equipment is free to use w/basic laundry products incl.

Entering from the limestone porch, the foyer greets you with 10+ ft ceilings and quick access to stairs/hall to kitchen. The living and dining rooms flow well together and feel massive with large wood windows and doorways. Bluetooth compatible sound system on main floor. The kitchen is well equipped with granite counters. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The front bedroom is massive with a row of windows spanning the width of the house, handmade floating king bed and custom granite height adjustable desk. The next room is large and is Harry Potter themed with a work desk and smart tv. The rear bedroom is the smallest but the coolest. A large lounging window nook adjoins a custom built in snack bar/shelf w/mini fridge. The room also has a 75" smart tv, Xbox, and surround sound. All bedrooms have quick access to the full bath upstairs.

Lafayette Square, Soulard, Cherokee Street, and South Grand business district are all within walking distance and offer countless eating and drinking options for any budget!

The Pink House is centrally located in the STL area and is a 20 min drive from most places in the metro area. Free ample street parking is available. The area is walkable and safe. Metrobus also runs nearby on Jefferson Ave and can take you anywhere in the metro area
