The Condo was nice and clean and had a lot of room for a family gathering. The only issue we had was the street noise in the lower master bedroom from the ac unit and street noise from College Ave.

I especially appreciated not only the location of this property, but how quiet and comfortable it was. Everyone commented about the mattresses and pillows being supremely comfortable. Thoughtful touches that made us feel like we had arrived at a high-end resort met us upon check-in.

Great stay for a work trip. The property was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. It was well‑located and easy to navigate to and from the Cajundome, which made attending the conference very convenient. The space was comfortable and had everything I needed to work and relax after long conference days. The Wi‑Fi worked great, and I had no issues streaming platforms in the evenings. Check‑in and check‑out were easy, and communication with the host was smooth. I would definitely stay here again for future work trips to Lafayette.

Great location!!

The townhome was adequately furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. There for a tennis tournament and had enough space for each couple. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful, new, peaceful townhome located in a prime area, close to all your essential shopping needs and more! Truly made traveling for work a delight for an extended stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and helped me extend my stay at the last minute. The unit was not available, but they moved me to the townhouse next door the following morning. Will definitely book here for any return trips!

We had such a peaceful and memorable stay during our baseball tournament trip, which also happened to fall on my birthday weekend. The home was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location close to everything we needed. It was the ideal place to unwind after long days at the field. The Phil was incredibly helpful and informative, making sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. Traveling with kids can be hectic, but this stay made everything feel smooth and relaxing. Truly grateful for such a great experience—we’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!
