Beautiful Ogunquit Home

This home is nestled on a hill overlooking Shore Road, making it an ideal location to easily walk to all of Ogunquit's famed amenities. The open concept floorplan offers a large eat-in kitchen, spacious living room, and a first level bedroom and full bath with a soaking tub. The living room features a vaulted ceiling with an open stairway to the second level, which is host to 2 bedrooms and a beautifully finished full bath. The wrap-around porch has a dining area with gas grill, and the grassy yard is perfect for lawn games or to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surrounding after a day at the beach.

Additionally the home includes air conditioning units, WiFi, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a beach cart, and all linens and bath towels! Bring your own beach towels and chairs please!

Small/Medium dog allowed with approval, payment of fee, and agreement of terms. Penalties will apply if a pet is brought without approval, payment, and agreement.

Very disappointed

We arrived to a very dirty house, dog hair everywhere, two of four barstools broken, kitchen chairs so stained they were unusable, dirty facecloth in the upstairs shower, liner in downstairs shower so full of mold It was unusable, and toilet upstairs wouldn’t stop running unless we lifted the tank lid to unstick the flapper. Property mgr had cleaning crew come back and she came in two days later w two new stools and chair covers. Blew a fuse w a blow dryer and had to have property mgr come reset as no air conditioning without power. No gas in grill and had to clean oven in order to use that instead. No basics in kitchen including simple cooking utensils, salt or pepper. House is only worth half of what we paid and would never rent again or recommend.

We take great pride in the homes we offer and strive to give our guests only the best experience. That said, I was sorry to hear your initial feedback. We attempted to rectify the cleaning issues Sunday morning when I received your initial complaint, however the cleaner wasn't allowed in because of the temperment of your dog. The cleaner returned promptly the following morning. I'm glad I was able to resolve the other issues that you brought to my attention in a timely manner, and your appreciation was shown in our text correspondence. Our homes are fully stocked with basic supplies (dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), but consumables are not provided to stay in line with health and safety protocols. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. Lastly, we opted to waive any deductions from the security deposit due to your dog having multiple accidents in the home (that I was witness to).
