New Apartment in Victorian House. Light filled space with full sized kitchen.

Blocks from downtown Tifton, close to everything and easy to find. ABAC is about a mile away. New Restaurants and shopping within blocks. This brand new apartment is part of a four unit house that was lovingly rebuilt to include many victorian features such as doors and trim but all the modern conveniences such as new kitchen and baths. The split bedroom plan allows for privacy. The bedrooms each have a large operational window with screens to allow for breezes during temperate weather. Ample closet space for your clothes. The living area is comfy with sofa, chairs and TV. The 1/2 bath in the living are means you will not be waiting on someone in the shower. Full sized appliances in the kitchen for inspirational cooking. Cozy alcoves and victorian stained glass window give a homey feel. This is a second floor unit but once in the apartment there are no stairs. The building does not have an elevator. There is a ramp from the parking area to facilitate easy access to the 1st floor.

Lovely new apartment in a beautiful historic home. The home was spotless and everything in good working order. The host was wonderful, very responsive and great to work with. The unit is very close to ABAC as well as restaurants and shopping. We would certainly stay again!

I love this house so much! It was very clean and tidy. The location was perfect as my friend and I were visiting another friend at ABAC. The neighborhood seemed very safe and I never doubted anything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely the cleanest rental we've ever had the pleasure to stay in. Our impression of this home was excellent and choosing this one made our business trip so smooth. Unlike every place we've stayed before, we were able to 'move' right in without having to tidy up to our standards first. Also unlike most places, all the windows are functional to get some fresh air and hear the birds. The location was pleasant and perfect to everything local, the parking, upkeep of the historic home, clean washer and dryer, the sunshine peaking in on the perfectly painted walls, and the way the hosts had everything stocked and conveniently placed, all of it was great! Literally the only complaint is that the unit is up one flight of stairs, but it was well worth it.
