This stunning home perched on the side of the mountain hosts a plethora of luxuries to behold including backyard ski access to Sunshine Express and Chondola. The living room showcases stunning views of the slopes and surrounding mountains through massive floor to ceiling windows. Vaulted ceilings give the room a sense of spacious grandeur where you can curl up next to the large stone encase fireplace with loved ones. Large enough to sleep 18 people, Five Woods is the perfect place to have a family gathering or long awaited reunion.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 18 people- allows for a maximum of 10 adults and 8 children at any time.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 4.
- Home is a brisk 15-minute walk to the free gondola or Chondola during the winter, but we recommend calling complimentary Dial-A-Ride for a shuttle to and from the slopes.
- There are 7 total flights of stairs in this home and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

Amazing views in a charming home

The house was perfect for my business club trip. It offered plenty of rooms for privacy and a great kitchen/living room for group fun. The location was perfect and offered easy access to the Gondola, Mountain Village and hiking. We will visit again.

Winter Superbowl trip

Incredible place. This was our 6th year of a superbowl week trip with family and friends (14 of us). House was perfectly situated for ski in ski out. Loved the shuttle rides to the village. The BEST part was the incredible support and service by InvitedHomes. They are the best management company i've experienced. Incredibly responsive and concerned. Any issue was resolved same day. Two thumbs way up for this place.

Impressive home

Stunning, well appointed home. It was obvious the owners spent time in their home. There were personal touches and attention to detail. My family lives at sea level (literally at the beach) and we embraced the stairs in this beautiful home. We did by oxygen that we placed at every landing. Our ages ranged from 24 years to 80. We would 1000% VRBO this home again.

Perfect for a larger group of friends. Fantastic spaces and super well equipped kitchen if you like to cook. Very relaxing, with ski in/out if there is enough snow (which there was for us in early March). Highly recommended.

Wonderful time at Five Oaks, terrific property - our group consisted of 12 adults and Five Oaks was perfect. We had lots of room, great privacy, terrific views and just like at home, the kitchen was a great gathering place. So convenient to Mountain Village and the gondola is so easy and simple to get to Telluride. The property managers were great from beginning to end, I'd not done something like this before and they really made it easy, they were terrific. Great trip, we'll do it again, hopefully soon!

We had an amazing stay at Five Woods Retreat. The house is just stunning and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and the view from the hot tub was spectacular. The kitchen also had everything we needed to have a few home-cooked meals. Would definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

Beautiful lodge in stunning Telluride

This is the place you want to book if you're looking for plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy all that Telluride has to offer. Beautifully presented, and all the luxuries you could ask for. Perfect for kids with separate play areas, entertainment rooms, and a kids retreat upstairs. Extremely well appointed kitchen. Hot-tub is perfect to unwind after a long day on the slopes. We will definitely be coming back!

Pretty good, but rough around the edges

We reserved Five Woods for a family event in June. The property is nice overall, but not without a few issues: --The bed configuration was not as advertised, and one of the king beds described in the listing was nowhere to be found. We brought this to the property manager's attention, who promised to "remedy" the situation. While no king bed magically appeared during our stay, perhaps the listing has now been fixed. --When our party arrived around 4, the cleaning crew had just started work from the previous visit, pushing back checkin a couple hours and resulting in a less than complete cleaning of the house. --Similarly, a number of lightbulbs throughout the home were burned out, and there was a lampshade missing in the master suite with just a bare bulb in the lamp. The lampshade was hastily replaced during our stay. --This property is attached to a similar unit next door, where, for a number of days, work crews were in and out with loud power tools. It was hard to hold a conversation on the back deck where the sound of power tools was pretty loud. --Finally, the property manager was upfront about the fact that this unit has no A/C, which makes sense given the generally cool temperatures in Telluride. However, it also has no screens on the windows, which means that if you open up the house to cool it off in the evening, bugs (think mosquitos and moths) will come in through the open windows if you have any lights on. Many of these issues can be resolved by the property manager, and we hope that they are, because in general, it is a great condo. On the plus side: --The layout is spacious, with four floors connected by a large stairway and elevator. (Note that downside of four-floor layout is that the older wi-fi router does not provide reliable internet on the lower floors). --The kitchen is also suitably large, with plenty of counter space and a large dining room table. Note that if you intend to cook, you may want to bring some things from home as the kitchen is sparsely equipped (like many rentals). --There is room for four cars (one in each small garage and two in the driveway), which was helpful for a group. --Terrific views of the surrounding mountains, and good access to the walking paths around Mountain Village. --A short drive over to the main gondola. It is also walkable but close to a mile in distance. Overall Five Woods was a good property but with some annoying issues around the edges.
