Beautiful open water views with gorgeous Sunsets across Cudjoe Bay. Enjoy happy hour overlooking the canal and dock or out on the front deck overlooking Cudjoe Bay. Enjoy extra amenities like an Air hockey table, kayaks and bikes to enjoy during your stay.
Master Bedroom and bathroom is on the main level along with the laundry room. Large open living room with high ceilings and views of the open water. Kitchen boasts new appliances, including microwave, specility coffee maker, dishwasher, and large refrigerator/freezer.
Up the spiral staircase is 2 bedrooms, one with a queen that also has a balcony and the second one has a queen and a twin bed. All bedrooms come complete with a TV. Great neighborhood with 3 fabulous restuarants within a mile of the house. The Square Grouper, Broil, and The Bent Prop at Cudjoe Gardens.
