This entire private guesthouse is a hybrid of a treehouse and a private hotel suite. Climb the ladder to the loft bed and enjoy premiere bath accessories.

Newly built, and Montana architect designed, this open-concept studio features: radiant-heated floors, washer & dryer, dishwasher, gas range, and an outdoor furnished front patio to relax. Guests can sleep on the Murphy bed or climb the ladder to your secluded bedroom loft.

Within walking distance to Bozeman’s best restaurants and breweries, or stroll to the Farmer’s Market and prepare a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen.

Other things to note
After being the only full-time architect for the Armory Hotel project, I took that knowledge and designed this entire 450sf guesthouse to be a standalone, yet charming, hotel suite.

We provide comparable bath products compared to the Armory Hotel - but unlike these overpriced high-end hotels, the Nook also has: free parking on a quiet street, a full kitchen, washer & dryer, and a secondary pull-out Murphy bed - all at half the price.

Although, there is no free wine happy-hour on the top floor at the Northside Nook - let me know if you prefer wine over beer and I’ll leave a bottle of our favorite wine in the fridge for your arrival.
