Welcome to Private Panorama Park Oasis!

Panorama Park Oasis awaits you! Come stay at this beautiful, completely remodeled home. Enjoy the spacious, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. The 2180 square foot house offers an abundance of opportunities to engage in indoor and outdoor recreation, making for a fabulous desert getaway. Cozy up to the fireplace in the comfortable and stylish sofa and chairs while you stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV in the sizable living area. The fully equipped kitchen features a stainless-steel gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and a dishwasher along with coffee grinder, coffee and espresso maker, teapot, toaster, blender, and ample kitchen utensils. Enjoy brunch seated at the kitchen island, and an entertaining dinner at the spacious dining table with seating for six.

The interior of the house is thoughtfully laid out. The huge primary bedroom with king mattress and hotel quality linens has its own access to the pool area. The east guest bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, queen mattress and walk-in closet. The north-facing bedroom features a queen bed. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for your use.

The private, fully fenced backyard provides ample seating in lounge chairs around the pool, a sitting area around the propane fire pit, large patio space with dining area, grassy backyard area for bocce or croquet, all while viewing the gorgeous mountains. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy eating flame grilled meals poolside.

The quiet neighborhood is delightful to walk, and the location is convenient to everything in the Palm Springs area: 1/2 block from Panorama Park, complete with splash pad, playground equipment, and basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. You have easy access to golf, Pickleball, cycling, hiking, shopping, restaurants, museums, downtown Palm Springs, and the freeway. Be sure to ride the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, visit Joshua Tree National Park, tour the Palm Springs Art Museum and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. You will be 4.5 miles from the Agua Caliente Casino, 7 miles from the Palm Springs Art Museum, and 10 minutes to the Palm Springs International Airport.

If you would like to have the Pool/Spa heated for your stay, a 2-day notification will be needed to heat the pool. A fee of USD $75 per day must be paid prior to check-in and is required for entirety of stay (October - April). From May 1 to September 30, renter is responsible for entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check out based on meter reads. A deposit of $2000 will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded. Though, renter is responsible for overage costs.

The area allows us to do so much of what we enjoy: hiking, biking, going to museums and cultural events and golf! We are excited about being hosts for our property; eager to have others enjoy the beauty of the desert and all that it offers.

Located in Cathedral City, this vacation home provides easy access to all that the Coachella Valley has to offer. Palm Springs Air Museum, McCallum Theater, and Agua Caliente Cultural Museum are some of the many cultural highlights in the area. Other activities to experience are at the Cimarron Golf Club and local outdoor public pickle ball courts, and Panorama Park, complete with tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. The region’s natural beauty is a highlight, with destinations like the famed Joshua Tree National Park, Coachella Valley Preserve, and the numerous hiking trails in the immediate area.
