Just 200 yards to Amenities include large Resort Style Pool, Pickle Ball Courts, Tennis Courts, Complete Fitness Center, Golf Pro Shop and Tiki Bar on property. Very close to the Atlanta Braves spring training facility, downtown Wellen Park with restaurants and shopping. There is a Security Gate access ($150 fee) and optional transferable Golf Membership ($100 fee) associated with the unit. $30.00 cart rental per round. The unit is accessed via elevator or stairs.
