Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Avoid at all cost unless you want to risk being stranded with no where to stay.

Host cancelled on us 6 hrs before our outgoing flight to Mexico. Zero communication, explanation, I was lucky to check my email that had a refund notice of our visit. Vrbo was not much more help, ruined our whole trip, Spent over 8 hours on phone, 3 hours on online chat. Absolute nightmare…
