This spot was very quiet and clean. The host was very slow in responding to a broken stairway light and a request for a second set of keys. All was resolved after a week. Kitchen was minimally stocked with utensils and dishes, but was otherwise fully functional. The sun room was a favorite spot of my wife who worked from there for our 2 week stay, while I worked comfortably from the dining room.

It was requested you take off your shoes. The carpet was very stained and not new by any means. It was a pretty narrow stairway getting to the 2nd floor. Parking a little tricky but ok. Faucets in tub shower didn’t work right. No wash clothes provided or dish clothes. That’s noted in disription but I missed it.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We do ask guests to remove shoes to help maintain cleanliness throughout the home, as it was carpeted at the time of your stay. Since then, we have made updates to the flooring, including removing the previous carpet and refinishing the beautiful original hardwood floors, with area rugs in the main spaces and fully new carpeting in the bedroom. The shower faucet has also been serviced. We always encourage guests to please reach out during their stay if anything is needed, even if it is not listed in the amenities, as we are happy to assist and want to ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please don't hesitate to reach out during your stay, as we are always welcome the opportunity to assist.
