Great place, cool game room in the garage and the host was very responsive. The place is in a nice neighborhood very close to a ton of shops and restaurants. I will stay here again.

The property was just a seen in the photos. It was clean, comfortable and the host was extremely responsive. We had a few minor issues and our host immediately responded and followed up to make sure everything was fine. I would absolutely recommend this property. We didn't take advantage of any of the fun 'toys' in the townhouse but they looked like alot of fun.

Stayed close to our daughter’s apartment. Very convenient to restaurants and great walkable neighborhoods. Very spacious apartment. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Great location for Rice Village and University

Enjoyed having the three bedrooms and layout was excellent for family. Perfect location to walk to Rice village. We did uber to downtown and also NRG and it was easy.

Great location

Great location, home is near Rice university and the village. Nice house, great mattress and towels. Somewhat dated home and the house itself does appear to actually share walls with another residence, but I didn’t hear anyone else. The garage is used by another neighbor. I felt very safe in this neighborhood and the owner was very helpful throughout my stay.
