Welcome to Northstar Mountain Retreat!

This bright and spacious home offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a private hot tub, and a two car garage. Enter the home through the garage or via the covered front steps and stone foyer. What we love most about this property is the bright and open great room with floor to ceiling windows and views of Martis Valley, and the separate hang out space for the kids. In the winter enjoy being on the Northstar shuttle route for easy lift access (and no parking hassle!). In the summer enjoy being a mile away from world class mt. biking and walking distance to valley trails and golf. Cozy up by the three fireplaces and enjoy a movie or play a game, or take a soak in the private hot tub after an active day out in the Sierras. Your stay includes guest access to the Northstar Recreation Amenities including the clubhouse with gym, heated pool, multiple spas, tennis, pickelball and game room at the cost of $10 per person. This home is family friendly and suitable for 1-2 families or 3 couples to share.

It was a great location with great amenities. The free shuttle to the village was very convenient.The house is beautiful and great for families with kids with lots of beds in the bunk room and a nice area for kids to play. The “mud” room was perfect to keep all of our ski gears. The kitchen area is very nice and well stocked with appliances and tools.

We had a wonderful stay here this weekend -- this was the perfect space for our group of two families (four adults and four kids). The house is well-appointed and even nicer than pictured. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Lots of space for everyone including a large kitchen. The only comments were about the three steep steps into the kitchen with no handrail to help us older folks. The driveway is a challenge but we managed! Wonderful stay.

Family Tahoe Trip

We visit Tahoe often with some or all of the family. This last stay was exceptional, as the house layout, amenities and comfort helped us all enjoy our stay that much more. The property management team was awesome in making our check in and stay effortless and carefree and were accommodating to all of our needs. We will be back.

Plenty of room for all 4 of us. Very cozy, comfortable place. Private hot tub awesome! Very clean. Property mgmt was very well organized and was stellar at communication! Only thing they could Fix(minor) is the book in the rental for check out procedures is slightly different than the digital check out procedures. Overall, we would/ will come back!
