Beautiful gated 6 acre waterfront family retreat

This 4 BD, 2 BA house is suspended in the trees on 14ft concrete supports providing a spectacular view straight down the river. Complete privacy with only one neighbor. There are beautiful mature pecan, oak and mesquite trees. Abundant wildlife including deer, turkey osprey, owls, red tailed hawks.

Go for a hike without leaving the property. Go fishing or kayaking in the river. Play corn hole, while the family grill master cooks up a meal. Tell stories by the fire pit or just sit on one of the decks and enjoy the view. House has 5 TV’s with Netflix, Prime and Sling. Kids Room has Xbox, Giant Connect4 and Giant Jenna. Dining table has Chess, Bat-gammon, Cards, Dominoes and Uno. House has great Wi-Fi for all your devices.

Great getaway with a view!

We loved the house and all the space that comes with it! The porch was a great spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the Colorado River bottom, or relax with a cold drink after a day of exploring around Marble Falls. The bedrooms were spacious and fit our group of 8, including 3 kids comfortably. Would definitely stay again.

This house is located right on the Colorado River on a nice peaceful road! The house was very clean & well stocked. It is also pet friendly & our son & daughter-in-law’s German shepherd really enjoyed the playing in the river & laying on the covered porch. Terry is a great host who communicates quickly! This house is in a great location-close to Marble Falls where there is lots to do.

We loved staying at Terry’s lake house with two other families. It felt like a camp. The kids had a blast throwing rocks and running around. The parents enjoyed having conversations without kids. :) Terry was very accommodating and incredibly responsive. We’d love to come back here again.

Beautiful home! Plenty of room for family to enjoy their own private area and spend it together in the open area living/kitchen area. We enjoyed the large yard, fire pit and private dock and access to river. The house is stocked with Plenty of games for all ages. We enjoyed spending time together playing corn hole, connect four, and jenga! Teen kids enjoyed the porch River and views. Kitchen is very well stocked with houseware/cooking supplies.

Family Lake Weekend

This is a beautiful property. The house is very clean, comfortable and the owners were great at responding to any questions that we had. There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for us all. The grounds were very well kept, there was a beautiful fire pit with chairs and outdoor games. The lake was beautiful and right off the end of the property. There is quite a hike down to the water that might be difficult for older people or those with mobility issues to access, something to keep in mind. Overall, it was wonderful and we would book this property again!

Great family getaway

We had nine (9) adults (3 generations) in our group for a three day stay. Everyone from grandparents to young adultGrandkids found plenty to do! The host had provided plenty of games and there is a tv with Netflix and Prime TV in every bedroom and a huge TV in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with everything one could need or want, and every condiment you can imagine. The WiFi is great and fast with no slowdown even with all 9 devices in use. It’s a short walk down to the river and the kids and small dogs loved it. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend this Vrbo!
