Beautifully recently renovated house nestled in the woods in the Lakes Region! Grab your friends and family and get ready to enjoy all this house has to offer.
Escape to the fantastic serenity this beautifully renovated cabin offers.
This 3 bedroom(plus dayroom)/2 bathroom home spreads out and provides plenty of space to relax.Beautiful woodwork throughout the house and wood burning fireplace make the setting warm and inviting. Cozy up with a book on the couch near the fire, or enjoy a meal looking out the large dining window overlooking the river. The patio is the perfect setting for friends and family to gather as the kids (and adults) play yard games and explore, all while the fire pit gets warmed up for Smores.
The house is fully stocked with every amenity to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The jacuzzi is the perfect spot to start and end a fun day here.
The back gate on the fence leads down to the water to enjoy the beauty of this 2.5-acre lot.
Master bedroom- 1 Queen bed + Queen pullout couch
Day room- Full size day bed+ Queen pullout couch
Family suite- 1 Queen bed+ twin bunk beds

This is such a convenient spot right off Rt. 93 yet relaxing on a large wooded lot overlooking the Pemigewasset River
What makes this property unique
This property was a labor of love for us! We found this house in distressed condition and renovated it to it's beautiful potential.
We appreciate being able to vacation with our kids and dogs so we created the space to be comfortable for people of all ages to enjoy!
The fenced in yard gives peace of mind for little ones and four legged family members. The firepit patio, jacuzzi and grill are the perfect backdrop for some incredible vacation memories!
