The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio, the quiet rush of water echoing against the snow‑capped peaks. The crisp mountain air invites you to linger by the windows, watching the landscape turn powder‑white while the fire of the day fades into a calm evening. After a day on nearby trails or exploring Aspen and Snowmass Village, you return to a spacious, riverside retreat where comfort and convenience meet the serenity of the high country.



Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably hosts up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and seven beds, complemented by five full baths. Each room is stocked with fresh linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, offering both communal gathering spaces and private retreats for rest.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen features a stainless‑steel KitchenAid gas stove, a double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Gather around the dining table for shared meals, or step outside to the backyard grill when the weather allows a smoky, al‑fresco dinner.



Indoor comfort

Central heating keeps the interior warm during snowy mornings, while a ductless split system and central air provide flexibility for milder afternoons. Unwind with a movie on the 50‑inch HDTV and sound system, stay connected via high‑speed wifi, or focus on work at the dedicated workspace with a private door. Essentials such as a washer, dryer, hangers, iron and bathroom basics are provided for a hassle‑free stay.



Outdoor living

A private patio‑balcony overlooks the river, offering a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening reflection. Parking & access

Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in through a smart lock makes arrival effortless, and long‑term stays are welcome for those looking to settle into the mountain rhythm.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
