The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio‑balcony, the crisp mountain air mingling with the gentle sound of flowing water. Snow blankets the surrounding peaks, inviting quiet mornings by the windows and evenings of relaxed reflection after a day on nearby trails. This spacious riverside home offers a peaceful retreat where the mountain landscape becomes part of your daily rhythm.



Sleeping arrangements

The house sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, with 5 baths providing linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets for comfort and privacy.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen features a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove, General Electric stainless steel double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. A dining table nearby invites shared meals, while the dedicated kitchen space makes meal preparation easy.



Indoor comfort

Central heating keeps the interior warm during snowy days, complemented by central air conditioning and a split‑type ductless system for cooler moments. A 50 inch HDTV and sound system provide entertainment, and high‑speed wifi with a dedicated workspace behind a door supports any work needs. Essentials such as washer, dryer, hangers, iron and bathroom basics are supplied.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private patio‑balcony and backyard that overlook the river, perfect for breathing in the fresh mountain air. A BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking when the weather permits, and the private entrance adds a sense of seclusion along the water’s edge.



Neighborhood

The home sits along the Roaring Fork River, a short walk to trailheads and a 15‑minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village, and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. Nearby amenities include the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, a variety of restaurants, and grocery options such as Whole Foods and King Soopers.



Parking & access

Free driveway parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in via a smart lock makes arrival effortless, and long‑term stays are welcome for those who wish to settle in and enjoy an extended mountain escape.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
