The space
1329 Square Feet single family home is a 3 beds, 2 baths property. It has a large and spacious Den great for the family to hangout. There is a bar in the Den area. The backyard is being remodeled and there is no access at the moment.
Guest access
Guest have access to the full house except the backyard. The backyard is currently being remodeled and guest are not allowed in the backyard.
Other things to note
There are strict quiet hours between 10 PM to 6 AM. Absolutely no parties are allowed.  Please respect the neighbors as it is a residential area. Neighbors are very quiet and respectful.  There will be no tolerance of parties, or being loud during quiet hours.
