My stay was nice, we lived that it was gated, it was spacious and clean. The owner was nice and had great communication our entire stay. I highly recommend, whenever we come back we’ll be staying here.

The Wi-Fi was in and out most days. The Internet did not work at all. It would be connected, but you would have absolutely no Internet connection. The floor was very, very dirty. My feet were black as soon as I would get out the shower. as well as the water filter in the refrigerator was bad and needed to be replaced so we did have to buy water the entire trip as well as the washing machine does have mold that was a big issue.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful property. Response was great, good communication. Our issues was the steps...2 flights of stairs for each level, totally blindsided. Also, the 4th room in my opinion is not a bedroom, but fits a small futon with a bathroom. I actually had to rent a hotel because I needed a 4th bedroom for my elderly parents.

This is 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms over 3 floors. The bathroom’s shower on the ground floor did not drain. The towel situation was less than ideal. There were 5 bath towels for 5 guests 3 hand towels for 5 guests and enough washcloths for all 5 guests. But no kitchen towels at all.Parking on the street is scarce but there is a garage for 1 car and 1 car can park in front of garage.There was a remote to operate driveway gate but not the garage door so someone has to run inside and open it.The beds were very comfortable and the AC system kept the unit at a great temperature.The kitchen is stocked with minimal glasses/coffee cups. These items are easily fixable. If a unit is advertised for 8 people it should be stocked with sufficient towels, cups, glasses for at least 8 people.

Check in unit lock requires some manuvering of the door. Driveway keypad was not visible at night. When we arrived the gate was open, but when we left and came back at night it took us awhile to locate it. Otherwise, the unit was a nice three story townhouse.
