This charming 1 bedroom Oasis is a jewel for UF Healthcare professionals and/or patients. Approximately 100 feet from the front door of the Proton Therapy Institute. There is much pride in providing excellent accommodations. All linen and towels are white in color for added assurance of sanitation. .
This is a small spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath. Newly renovated and work in progress. Very quiet and friendly environment.

Exceptional Stay in Springfield neighborhood - Highly Recommend!

Our recent stay at Cynthia's VRBO apartment was nothing short of exceptional. Despite a minor mix-up through the app, Cynthia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Upon arrival, Cynthia warmly welcomed us and had everything impeccably prepared. The apartment itself was a delightful retreat - beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. From the cold bottled water and sparkling water in the fridge to the array of snacks and a welcoming bottle of wine, Cynthia's attention to detail truly set this experience apart. Not only was the apartment immaculate, but the comfort level exceeded expectations. The bed was cozy, and the couch provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. It's evident that Cynthia pours her heart into maintaining this space for her guests. Located in the charming Springfield neighborhood, the apartment boasts a central location with easy access to numerous restaurants and attractions. It served as an ideal home base for our adventures in JAX. Without a doubt, when I return to Jacksonville, Cynthia's VRBO will be my first choice for accommodation.
