Located down a quiet shady road close to Coast Guard Beach, this comfortable year round home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplaced living room, outdoor shower, and a lovely, shady back deck. The bike trail is less than a mile away. Window air conditioning. Nothing to do except bring your bathing suit and beach towel for a relaxing Cape Holiday.

Rented by the full week starting on Saturday only in the summer.

Nice house in a great location some maintenance required

It was nice we enjoyed our stay. It was well stocked with a nice deck. Lots of parking. The outdoor shower was nice. Lots of beach stuff available to use. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed room. Some items seem to not be in great condition like chairs on deck were falling apart. We did see some large black ants crawling in the cabinets and walls which was a turn off and lots of spiders. Some additional attention to insect control would be good. Overall cute cape house and you will enjoy the quiet neighborhood and birds in the area.

Enjoyable stay with a quiet, peaceful backyard. House nicely accommodating with two bathrooms and the lower level play room! Kitchen has proper utensils for successful eating/cooking. Nice stay!

Great property centrally located.

A great property making you feel at home and welcomed. Hassle free reservation, access and departure process. Property was equipped for our needs with some extras. A place we would certainly stay again. Next time would like to being our bicycles so we can enjoy the bike paths nearby. Property was clean and comfortable. Setting is away from the main road therefore nice and quiet. It’s nestled on a wooded lot surrounded by nature .
