1 Bedroom condo at The Grandview Las Vegas Resort; full kitchen with dishes/pots, frig, stove; king bed and queen sofa bed in living room; washer/dryer in unit; shower and jacuzzi tub. Linens and towels are provided and blackout curtains in the bedroom to assure a good night's rest. 4 outdoor pools (including a children's pool) and 6 hot tubs, open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with pool umbrellas and sun loungers. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Wheelchair-accessible parking and van parking available.
Onsite there is a fitness center, business center with computer availability, a game room, miniature golf, and deli/gift store.
South Point Casino is next door with lots of restaurants, as well as a bowling alley, movie theatre, and live entertainment. 7 minutes to Bass Pro Shops and 10 minutes to Allegiant Stadium! 13 minute drive to airport. Less than 10 minutes to The Strip.
NOTE: There is a non-refundable $30.00 resort fee collected at the time of check-in (one fee per week). It includes WiFi, the activity pool, gas BBQ areas, free HBO channels and access to all amenities, including mini-golf and game room.
