Farm recently built in the urban perimeter of Uberaba. Excellent option for hosting, parties and events in general. Near the ABCZ Exhibition Park and Event Center. Located 10 min. from the city center, and close to restaurants, steakhouses, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and malls.

Internal area: 4 (four) bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, 2 with air conditioning, 03 suite, with comfortable accommodation (bed) for 24 (twenty four) people; living room; social bathroom; kitchen with complete items. We also have the bride's suite in complete privacy.
Outdoor area: Large balcony for 250 (two hundred and fifty) people; industrial kitchen; pools; barbecue grill; shower; 80 m² kiosk; 02 (two) bathrooms; pool table; doll house; parking for + - 60 (sixty) vehicles and large green area with gardening and various types of fruits. Now with WIFI.

Super bem localizada, estruturada, organizada, limpeza impecável, hidráulica e elétrica em ótimo estado. Os proprietários são muito prestativos, atenciosos e simpáticos. Em todos os momentos que precisei deles se mostraram sempre muito disponíveis. "Super recomendo".
