Y Gribyn Is adjacent to the old village school, yet still off the beaten track and set within stunning farmland. It offers a compact open-plan kitchen and living area, a cosy bedroom, small terrace to the front and access to a lower garden area with BBQ space. Y Gribyn is perfectly suited to outdoor enthusiasts and is an ideal base for stunning walks or cycling adventures right on your doorstep.
One well-behaved small to medium-sized dog is also welcome for a small additional fee. Y Gribyn was originally an outbuilding for the grade II listed village school, built in 1878 in the typical Victorian Gothic style of the day. The school closed in the late 60s and after various uses including a training centre for the local police, was a bunkhouse for walkers from the early 1980s until 2018. Y Gribyn’s original function was as the coal shed, storage and school toilet block (!) before it was converted to a dwelling in the late 1980s. We are delighted to share this wonderful space with you!
