**We gladly welcome furry companions into our spaces! A nominal pet fee of $60 applies to assist with the costs associated with thorough cleaning after your pet's stay. Kindly note that all pets must be crated when unsupervised indoors, ensuring their safety and the preservation of our space. We do have a fenced backyard/pool AND pets must be supervised when outdoors.

- Guests may access all areas of the property except the queen bedroom closet in each unit, which is allocated as the owner's closet.

Great property, great amenities, great hosts.

Great stay for our family and the property is well appointed. The backyard is a nice oasis if you want to get away from the crowds and the amenities throughout the homes are great (countertop ice makers were a nice touch)! Hosts were attentive, communicated clearly, and made every effort to ensure our stay was great.

Great weekend!

The house was great, very clean and lots of space. Large tables in each kitchen and 2 more down on the patio made it easy for everyone to eat together and play games in the evenings. Enjoyed the pool and had space for yard games. Very good location, we rented golf carts and were able to drive those to got out to eat, shop and to the beach. Easy access and checkout, owner was very accommodating. We would definitely book this place again!

We love island life! Port Aransas is our 2nd home during the cooler months. We live in Spicewood TX (West Austin) when not enjoying our island home. We love hosting guests who can enjoy our spacious indoor and outdoor areas, and because we work directly with each guest, we strive to make each person's experience memorable on the island. We are always available for our guests, as proven by our long history of hosting multiple homes in both the Port Aransas and Austin areas.

Why they chose this property

Ideally located in a peaceful but convenient area of Old Town, on a no-outlet street, this home is settled near the ferry and the convenience to the community pool, dog park, skate park, and pickle ball courts. Little through traffic and quiet surroundings unlike the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, you can still quickly access all island fun within a few minutes via golf cart or vehicle.

What makes this property unique

The side by side 2 bedroom/2 bath is ideal for large parties that prefer to escape to privacy at night, while embracing the pool and beach life during the day. Spacious seating areas outside are great for socializing with the group, while two kitchens and 2 dining areas allow for additional prep for large gatherings.
