CONSTRUCTION ON BOTH TOWERS IS NOW COMPLETED. Grounds work to done during slow season.
Our Eighth floor, front type 'C' Condo overlooks one of three pools with a breathtaking views of the gulf of Mexico and it's white sandy beaches.
All rooms recently remodeled. All floors are tiled. This is a Non-Smoking/Vaping Condominium in great condition. The unit has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, tiled floors in all rooms except the bedroom, and much more. Towels and linens are provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towel and suntan lotion! Laundry rooms are located on 1st floor across from the elvators in both towers.
Free Wifi access along with Roku access in the Living room.
Located on Thomas Drive. The Sunbird has lots to offer with restaurants such as Pineapple Willie's being next door. Signal Hill Golf Course, Ripley's Believe it or Not and the WonderHouse are within walking distance.
Conveniently located within walking distance to the Super Walmart.
* Renters must be 25 years or older and must reside in unit during the entire stay.
* Sorry, Pets are Not Permitted. * No Smoking or vaping. * No weapons in condo
Register at the COA office upon arrival. $30 parking and $6 wristbands for 12 and up.

Our daughter and her husband adopted a child and we are so proud of the 3 of them.
Why they chose this property
My husband and I had been looking for a place for a couple years in Arizona before we bought our condo in Panama City Beach. We decided on Panama City Beach at the time because you could still get reasonably priced condos on the Gulf compared to other parts of Florida. We are very glad we did and enjoy using our condo and renting it out when we are not using it.
What makes this property unique
Our favorite part of owning this condo is the balcony. It is a private balcony and we just love sitting out be it just enjoying our coffee in the morning or watching the beautiful sunsets. It is also very nice on cool days when the sun is out as facing the gulf, we are blocked from the cooler Northern breeze. There are many golf courses nearby with one being practically across the street. Last, but not least is the Beach. Beautiful white sand and Emerald green waters.
