Amenities such as the large outdoor pool, Clubhouse, Sauna, and fitness center are available with purchase of amenity passes. There is also direct shuttle access from the community to Bethany Beach on weekends!

The space

This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is thoughtfully designed and perfect for hosting large families. Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances. The spacious dining room and large island provide plenty of seating space for enjoying dinner or playing games. The bright, cozy living room has a brand new, comfy sectional - perfect for lounging.

The primary bedroom on the main level has an attached bathroom with a double vanity and a huge walk-in closet. Full size washer/Dryer and laundry room on the first floor. The second level has four additional bedrooms as well as a separate living room with a full size pull-out couch. The first bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The second bedroom has two full size beds. The third bedroom has a king bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen. Two full bathrooms located on the upstairs level.

Access to the outside second floor sundeck from loft and bedroom. The garage and rear pad provide parking for 2 cars. The home is stocked with a grill, beach chairs, outdoor games, board games, wifi & streaming. Let your beach memories start today.

Non-smoking, pet-free home. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Linens and towels are not provided-we recommend renting from Gale Force. Saturday to Saturday bookings only!

Great place and location

The house was new, spacious, enough room to sleep our large group of 13 people. We all enjoyed the clubhouse/pool. We had a malfunction with the garbage disposal, and the communication with the owner about the issue was not great, but they took care of it. Recommend checking the unit to ensure it is working immediately upon arrival.
