Fully fenced yard so your pets and kids can play. Soak in the Hot Tub or experience the "Soul Mending" garden with lights, water feature and firepit. All the outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy evenings outside. Screened and open porch with charcoal grill. Very private. Public Boat ramp 3 minutes away. Pat Thomas Park 10 minutes away and you can fish off the dock, launch your boat or picnic at the open tables or pavillion!! Also one of the finest seafood restaurants in the area, Country Boys Restaurant, is just 1 minute away.

We have always enjoyed having family get togethers with great home cooked meals from our vegetable garden, horseback riding, fishing, hay rides and marshmellow roasts! Close to the BEST fishing Lake and Nature Trails in the area! Only minutes from the Public Boat Ramp! Lake Talquin is 8,850-acres in size and hosts Fishing Tournaments or just a peaceful ride around the Lake. Only 30 minutes from Tallahassee if you want to attend a FSU or FAMU Football Game, have a night of dinner and dancing, visit the Museum of Florida History or, in March, the Museum Of History & Natural Science explodes with the sounds of the Jazz and Blues Festival!! Springtime Tallahassee is also a beautiful time of year with all the flowers in bloom and parade! Antique shopping in Havana can make for a fun day as well!!1 There is something for everyone in our area!
