About this property

The Cabin-Beach House has been in the family for over 50 years and is very private. Through out the years we have taken pride in our up keeping of the home. We have given love and and care to every room in the house, and we hope you do the same.

The feel of a safe secure home while being surrounded with some of the county''s largest Redwood trees. A private jacuzzi under the redwoods is magical with the luxury of a short 5 min walk to the beach (Rio Del Mar) makes any day a perfect day. The Cabin-Beach House is located in Aptos, CA, on the 1Hwy off State Park Drive Exit. It's only a short 5min drive to beautiful Capitola Village, and a 15min drive to the The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk!
