Short drive from PTI airport, Moses Cone and Wesley Long Hospitals, nearby medical facilities, UNCG, Coliseum, Greensboro Aquatic Center and Sedgefield Country Club. This sparkling clean home has cozy beds, well-stocked kitchen, open living space and free wifi. This home is perfect for medical workers, students or travelers. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our quiet and friendly home.
The space
Blue Haven is a private home that's located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood of Greensboro. It is beautifully decorated with a mid century and a hint of rustic touch. You will walk through a welcoming front door leading to a spacious living room that opens to the kitchen area. Kitchen is well-stocked with basic cooking amenities, dishes, utensils, knife block, pots and pans, toaster oven, blender and electric bottle opener. Slow cooker, rice cooker, air fryer, and Keurig machine are also available for guests to use. Appliances such as refrigerator, microwave. and electric stove are all new. Dining area features a farmhouse style table that seats up to 8 people. This space is exceptionally airy for an enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

The primary bedrooms has a king size bed with a comfortable hybrid mattress, smart TV, double closets, dresser, chairs, and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom includes a queen size metal bed frame with comfortable hybrid mattress. Third bedroom includes two twin beds, designated work area with a desk and chair. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beddings and extra pillows.

All TVs feature Roku streaming service. This will enable guest to sign into their personal accounts. We provide complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. There are 3 TVs in the house.

This space is equipped with front door, driveway, and backyard cameras for your safety.

There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, full kitchen, driveway, patio and yard.

Guests are not allowed access to owners closets and attached shed.
Other things to note
Keeping the home sparkling clean and germ-free is important to us. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping inside the house. No parties, large gatherings or additional guests allowed. No moving indoors furnitures outside. No open flames inside the house.

This clean home is great for guests who struggle with pets allergies.
