Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time back to Sanibel after the hurricane. Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. A lot of understandable construction, but did not bother us at all. We would come back to Moorings.

Love Sanibel Moorings but NOT #132
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sanibel and Sanibel Moorings, having stayed there many times since our first visit in 1983. The staff, grounds, beach and pool are wonderful. However, we cannot say the same for unit #132. The carpet is cheap, worn out and dirty. The 2 swivel chairs on the deck are wobbly and frankly dangerous. A coffee table in front of the sofa would be nice. The bathroom hasn't been updated and probably is the original builder's installation. As the most expensive 1 bedroom apartment at the Moorings (Gulf view) you would expect the unit to be kept up-to-date, clean and comfortable. It isn't. We'll be back, but definitely not in #132.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at sanibel moorings for over 25 years. Enjoyed our stay. The unit looked like the paint job was not complete. Patches of unmatched paint on the walls. Unit needs a drying rack for wet suits. Noticed other units have one.
